# Third-Party Licenses & Attributions emu is a proprietary product of CloudKites Pty Ltd (see `LICENSE`). It bundles or downloads the third-party AI models and software components listed below, each used under its own license. The notices in this file are provided to comply with those licenses and are part of the emu End-User License Agreement. emu does **not** modify the third-party model weights' architectures; the models are run for inference and, where noted, quantized for on-device efficiency. "Gemma is provided under and subject to the Gemma Terms of Use." Your use of the Gemma models in emu is subject to those terms and that policy. - **Qwen** models (Qwen 3.5, Qwen3-ASR, Qwen3-TTS, Qwen3-VL) © Alibaba Cloud, licensed under the Apache License 2.0. In emu 3.x the Qwen 3.5 9B and 4B weights (4-bit) are repacked, unmodified apart from quantization, into one `.nbq` file each together with the Qwen tokenizer. - **gwen-tts** © G-Group AI Lab, MIT License; it is a fine-tune of Qwen3-TTS (Apache-2.0). - **Pocket TTS** © Kyutai, licensed under CC-BY-4.0 — attribution to Kyutai is given here; weights are quantized/format-converted for on-device use. - **VieNeu-TTS v3-Turbo** © pnnbao-ump, Apache-2.0; based on **MOSS-TTS-Nano** and **MOSS-Audio-Tokenizer** © the OpenMOSS Team (Apache-2.0). - **PP-OCRv6** © PaddlePaddle authors, Apache License 2.0. - **Qwen3.8 27B** © Alibaba Cloud, Apache License 2.0; the 4-bit GGUF quantization (UD-Q4_K_M) by Unsloth AI (Apache-2.0). The **DFlash2** draft model for it © z-lab / Inco AI, Apache License 2.0. In emu 3.x both are repacked, unmodified, into one `.nbq` file together with the Qwen tokenizer.
