Pin backports-strenum 1.2.8 in conversion/requirements-convert.txt so pip can install it
Verified signaturebackports-strenum 1.3.1 requires Python < 3.11, and numpy 2.5.3 in the same file requires Python 3.12 or newer, so pip could not install the file on any Python. 1.2.8 supports Python 3.8.6 and newer. The other 64 pins are unchanged. No model file is changed. SHA256SUMS is updated to match.8b3733e
