fix: 축 부문(Phenotype) 제출 불가 - _load_boards 가 axes 를 안 실었다
Verified signature검증기는 axes 로 분기하는데 카드에 axes 가 없어 스칼라를 요구했다. 배열을 올리면 400, 스칼라를 올리면 채점기가 전부 missing 처리 - 이 부문에 아무도 제출할 수 없었다. 참가자 제보. 카드가 아니라 코드에서 고친다(dataset_sha 가 카드 해시라 카드를 고치면 데이터셋 교체로 기록된다). 안내 문구도 fPredAx 로 배선.50e96ee
