Better segmentation: train on scenes, not entire books

Instead of raw chapters, split into:
scenes (dialogue blocks, narrative blocks)
monologues

descriptive passages
Then train with tags like MODE=DESCRIPTION or MODE=DIALOGUE to improve structure.
