AWS Marketplace SNS PoC

Minimal helper Space for the AWS Marketplace SNS trust-bypass validation.

Endpoints:

GET /healthz
GET /cert.pem

The Space only serves the public key referenced by SigningCertURL. The matching private key stays local in the PoC workspace and is used by the local sender script.
