I answer from the official rulebooks and the Thousands × Bets policy documents — settlement, payments and bonuses, responsible gambling — and I cite a section for every answer, so you can open it and read the rule itself. I'm built to say so when those documents don't cover a question, but I don't always manage it, so treat the cited text as the authority.
